INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENTS


Are you confident that you walk correctly, exercise with good form, and do your job tasks and daily tasks in a way that preserves your body instead of wearing it down?


Do you have any “little” aches and pains? Our bodies give us warning signs with low-level discomfort. Ignoring this leads to more frequent and intense discomfort and eventual joint breakdown.

Everyday Body Works offers individual functional assessments of movement, mobility, and strength. I will instruct you on corrective exercises to help you address pain, improve performance, and achieve better quality of life. 

Assessments and training take place at my studio in Holland, MI.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • 1-Hour Private Session: I will assess your body mechanics, addressing any areas of existing discomfort, your sport performance goals, and the demands of your work or lifestyle.

  • Personalized Plan: I will teach you the basic concepts of joint protection and provide a personalized plan of corrective exercises that will enable you to protect your mechanical system for the long run.

  • Follow-Up: Your plan will be provided to you in writing. Follow-up sessions may be recommended.

 

PRICING

  • $75 for a standard 1-hour session

If my standard pricing does not fit into your budget, please enquire about my sliding scale. I want everyone to be able to access my services and move, work, and live better.

I also offer private pilates training. Pilates improves flexibility and strength, preserving long-term mechanical health.
